    1. Scheduling
    All vehicle pickups and drop-offs must be scheduled in advance. Customers can book appointments via phone, email, or through our online scheduling system.

    2. Pickup Location
    Vehicles must be picked up from the dealership or designated service location unless prior arrangements have been made for delivery.

    3. Drop-Off Guidelines

    • Vehicles should be dropped off at the designated area by the scheduled time.

    • Customers are responsible for removing all personal belongings before drop-off.

    • If dropping off after hours, a secure key drop box is available at the service entrance.

    4. Identification and Authorization

    • A valid government-issued ID is required for vehicle pickup.

    • Only the registered owner or an authorized person (with written permission) may pick up the vehicle.

    5. Delivery (Optional Service)

    • Local pickup and delivery may be available upon request for an additional fee or under qualifying service terms.

    • Delivery time slots are subject to availability and traffic conditions.

    6. Late Pickup Policy

    • Vehicles not picked up within 3 business days after service completion may be subject to a daily storage fee.

    • Please call ahead if a delay is expected so accommodations can be made.

    7. Payment

    • All service charges must be paid in full before the vehicle is released.

    • We accept major credit/debit cards, cash, and approved financing.

    8. Liability
    We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal items left in the vehicle during service. Please remove all valuables prior to drop-off.
